What you will be doing:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs
- Analyze project budgets and manage cost-related data
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and suppliers
- Evaluate project feasibility and financial accuracy
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure timely delivery of estimates
Experience you will need:
- Strong experience in construction estimating and quantity take-offs
- Solid understanding of cost management and project budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in commercial or light industrial construction is a plus
