Job Details

We’re seeking an Estimator with a bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field, and 3+ years of estimating experience in general contracting. Responsibilities include preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing blueprints and specs, sourcing material and labor costs, collaborating with vendors and project teams, and supporting bid preparation. Accuracy, software proficiency (e.g., Excel, estimating tools), and strong negotiation skills are critical.
