Job Details

As a Construction Estimator, you’ll play a critical role in preparing accurate and competitive bids for concrete construction projects. Your work will directly impact project profitability and client satisfaction by delivering precise cost estimates that align with project goals and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and proposals for concrete construction projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine scope and cost.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive bids.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring estimates are competitive and accurate.
• Monitor market trends, labor rates, and material costs to maintain up-to-date pricing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in concrete or commercial projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
• Proficiency in estimating software such as Bluebeam, ProEst, or PlanSwift.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
