Position Overview

We are looking for a Construction Estimator who will play a critical role in maintaining accurate product costing, supporting purchasing decisions, and strengthening our ERP-driven manufacturing workflow. This is not a siloed role - you will work directly with leadership, production, and procurement to help drive profitability and operational clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for modular home production
• Maintain and analyze product cost data, labor metrics, and material pricing
• Populate and manage ERP system data for costing and purchasing workflows
• Partner with the Purchasing Manager to support sourcing decisions and cost control
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
• Assist with variance analysis and reporting
• Help standardize estimating procedures as the company scales

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in modular manufacturing cost estimating, cost accounting, or similar role
• Strong ERP experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills; comfortable working with large datasets
• Highly detail-oriented with strong financial and analytical thinking
• Able to operate both strategically and tactically
• Construction or modular/offsite experience is a major plus
