Construction Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to develop detailed bids.

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project accuracy.

• Monitor project costs and provide updates to ensure budget adherence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a construction estimator or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and costs.

• Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar).

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
