We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to develop detailed bids.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project accuracy.
Monitor project costs and provide updates to ensure budget adherence.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a construction estimator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and costs.
Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar).
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
