Known for its employee-first culture, strong client relationships, and impressive tenure among team members, the company has built a reputation for stability, integrity, and repeat business.Job DescriptionPrepare detailed conceptual and hard bid estimates for restaurant, retail, fitness center, and commercial renovation projects.Analyze drawings, specifications, scope documents, and project requirements to develop accurate project budgets.Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing across all trade divisions.Perform quantity takeoffs and develop comprehensive cost breakdowns.Collaborate closely with project executives, operations teams, and leadership throughout the preconstruction process.Review value engineering opportunities and identify cost-saving solutions.Assist in negotiating contracts and pricing for repeat clients and negotiated projects.Maintain subcontractor and supplier relationships while tracking current market pricing.Support multiple projects simultaneously ranging from $1M to $5M in construction value.Contribute to a collaborative estimating department consisting of experienced construction professionals.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
