Delta Workforce is hiring a Construction Estimator for a General Contractor in Roseville!

Summary:
Responsible for leading the estimating process for commercial construction projects by preparing accurate, competitive bids, coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors, and supporting successful project pursuits from pre-bid through award.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals for commercial construction projects.
  • Review project plans and specifications, solicit subcontractor/vendor pricing, and develop competitive bid strategies.
  • Coordinate with project management, leadership, and clients to clarify scope, answer bid questions, and support project pursuits.
  • Evaluate opportunities for value engineering, maintain estimating databases, and identify qualified subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings, assist with contract negotiations and project handoff, and support business development efforts as needed.
