Summary: <\/div>
Responsible for leading the estimating process for commercial construction projects by preparing accurate, competitive bids, coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors, and supporting successful project pursuits from pre -bid through award. <\/div>
<\/p>
Day -to -Day Responsibilities: <\/p>
Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals for commercial construction projects. <\/li>
Review project plans and specifications, solicit subcontractor/vendor pricing, and develop competitive bid strategies. <\/li>
Coordinate with project management, leadership, and clients to clarify scope, answer bid questions, and support project pursuits. <\/li>
Evaluate opportunities for value engineering, maintain estimating databases, and identify qualified subcontractors and suppliers. <\/li>
Participate in pre -bid meetings, assist with contract negotiations and project handoff, and support business development efforts as needed. <\/li><\/ul>
