Job Description
The Construction Estimator will play a key role in supporting a commercial masonry contractor based in the Atlanta area. This position focuses on accurately estimating costs and preparing bids primarily for commercial buildings and industrial facilities. The estimator collaborates closely with project teams to manage budgets and perform material takeoffs to ensure competitive and comprehensive bidding.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and industrial construction projects
- Develop and submit competitive bids aligned with project specifications
- Manage project budgets to maintain profitability and control costs

Preferred Qualifications
