About the Role: Integrity Shell Contractors, Inc. is looking for a skilled Construction Estimator to join our growing team in Stuart, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping project success from the ground up — bringing precision, expertise, and drive to every bid and proposal.
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects from concept through completion
Review and analyze blueprints, specifications, and project scopes to develop detailed bid packages
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids, quotes, and proposals
Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and clients to ensure estimate accuracy and alignment
Track and monitor project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options
Maintain organized records of estimates, bids, and awarded contracts
Stay current on local market pricing, material costs, and construction industry trends
Requirements:
Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably in shell or structural construction
Strong understanding of construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills with subcontractors and vendors
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Knowledge of Florida building codes and local construction market is a plus
