Overview
Our Estimators are responsible for developing preconstruction estimates for a variety of projects. They work closely with our Clients and internal preconstruction staff to complete conceptual and detailed estimates. It is the responsibility of our Estimators to provide accurate estimates, create value for our Clients and provide realistic estimates while maintaining the quality and detail that our Clients desire. • Assemble bids and create rough and firm estimates based on project deliverables
• Conduct and prepare job site assessments
• Obtain required permitting and documentation
• Presentation of estimates to clients
• Turn over job to construction operations team

• Bachelor’s Degree (Construction Management/Civil Engineering/Construction Engineering Technology preferred)
• 1 years of experience estimating in the construction management industry
• Good understanding of construction materials and processes
• Experience with On-Screen Takeoff, MS Project, and Timberline preferred

Additional Information
Competitive salary, benefits, and financial incentives are offered. Work will include up to 30% travel.
