You'll work alongside preconstruction, operations, sales, and field leadership to develop competitive bids that help shape major commercial and industrial water projects from concept through handoff.

What You'll Be Doing

• Review drawings, specifications, addenda, and bid documents.
• Perform accurate material, labor, and equipment takeoffs.
• Prepare detailed estimates and complete bid tabulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, sales, and field teams to develop winning proposals.
• Identify scope gaps, exclusions, clarifications, and project risks.
• Obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing.
• Participate in site walks as needed.
• Develop value engineering ideas that improve project competitiveness.
• Assemble complete bid packages and supporting documentation.
• Support project turnover to Operations after award.
• Maintain organized estimating files, cost databases, and pricing information.
• Help continuously improve estimating processes and best practices.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of estimating experience in construction or a related industry.
• Experience preparing detailed cost estimates and quantity takeoffs.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, mechanical, or water infrastructure projects is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• $85,000-$125,000 depending on experience
