Construction Project Manager
Our client is a well-established construction firm with nearly two decades of success delivering commercial and public-sector projects throughout the region. Manage all phases of construction projects from award through completion.
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Negotiate and manage subcontractor and vendor agreements.
Review contracts, change orders, requests for information, and submittals.
Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure field operations align with project goals.
Monitor project profitability, risk, quality, and safety performance.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations.
Manage project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and final documentation.

Proven experience managing commercial construction projects
Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and project controls
Experience working with subcontractors and coordinating cross-functional teams
Familiarity with construction management software and tools
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
Salary: $80,000- $110,000
