Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Field Coordinator to join our team. This is a support role, you will ensure that project managers and estimators have the proper support in completing projects efficiently and cost effectively. The ideal candidate is a team player that can also work independently who takes initiative and is able to fill in gaps in the operations to support a busy team. 

Responsibilities 
  • Provide support for Project Managers, Estimators, and Office
  • Procure materials and samples from vendors
  • Procure checks from customers and drop off checks for vendors
  • Field work to assist with projects (some labor may be required)
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors and suppliers
  • Call adjusters to follow up on open claims
  • Call customers to schedule arrival times or other project coordination needs
  • Ensure all professionals on site comply with building and safety regulations
  • Take photos of jobsites (before, during, progress, after, completion, etc.)
  • Other support needs
Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Previous experience in Construction is not required
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Willing to learn on the job
  • Strong ability to manage a schedule in a timely manner
