Construction field Jobsite Superintendent

Superintendent duties

EXPERIENCE AS A CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT FOR  GAS STATIONS / CONVENIENCE STORE / CAR WASHES IS A MUST.

1) Computer literate: can draft and submit Daily reports, use emails, take and upload job site photos, Excel and Word document and Microsoft schedule.

2) Fluent in English.

3) Has own transportation.

4) Can read drawings.

5) Able to prepare a Project Schedule encompassing all trades

6) Supervise subcontractors to make sure their work is per the approved drawings, monitor quality control, and implement safety rules as per Cal OSHA and company policies.

7) Able to monitor and update Project Schedule including preparation of the 2 weeks ahead schedules.

8) Have good communication skills with subcontractors, Owners, city officials, design team, etc.

9) Show up to work on time and willing to work long hours and Saturdays if required by the Project due to delays caused by others or the Company.
