Position Mission

To represent C-Sharpe professionally to clients, utilizing leadership skills to support co-workers and foster a collaborative work environment.


Outcomes (Success Measured By)

Attendance & Reliability

  • Maintain 100%+ attendance with zero no shows, and arrive on time for all scheduled shifts, job assignments, and meetings.
  • Respond to schedule changes and requests within established timeframes.
  • Complete assigned work orders each day while adhering to company scheduling expectations.

Quality of Individual Work

  • Achieve a 98%+ first-time completion rate with minimal callbacks or rework due to workmanship.
  • Complete all assigned work in accordance with company standards, manufacturer specifications, and customer requirements.

Personal Safety

  • Maintain 100% compliance with company safety policies, PPE requirements, and job hazard assessments.
  • Achieve zero preventable safety incidents and zero repeat safety violations.
  • Report all hazards, near misses, and incidents immediately and complete all required safety documentation accurately and on time.

  • Complete 100% of required technical and safety training by assigned deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate power tools overhead and in various positions.
  • Climb and work from ladders, scaffolds, and boom lifts to 200 feet.
  • Work while wearing a respirator and fall protection harness.
