About the Role A growing construction firm is seeking a Construction Firm Owner's Rep to guide commercial and multifamily projects from initial acquisition through final disposition. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — you'll be the eyes and ears on the ground protecting ownership's interests across every phase of a project's lifecycle. Ideal for someone who thrives on navigating complex approvals processes and keeping high-stakes projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

Land Development & Entitlements

• Manage all phases of land development and entitlements for commercial and multifamily projects
• Support due diligence, acquisition, zoning/approvals, and permitting processes

Owner's Representation

• Serve as Owner's Representative from land acquisition through entitlements, construction oversight, and exit/disposition
• Coordinate with municipalities, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery

Construction Oversight & Risk Management

• Provide hands-on construction oversight, monitoring budgets and schedules
• Proactively resolve issues to protect ownership interests
• Leverage real estate development expertise to identify opportunities and mitigate risks in dynamic markets

Qualifications

• Strong background in real estate development and land entitlements out of NYC is a must
• Experience serving as an Owner's Representative on commercial and/or multifamily projects
• Proven ability to manage municipal, architectural, engineering, and contractor relationships
