Job DutiesJob Duties
Construct and assemble floor subassemblies according to required specifications.
Build and assemble sideboards for floor systems.
Measure and mark locations for floor joists and water lines.
Retrieve and position floor joists from rolling carts.
Attach floor joists securely to sideboards.
Install 2x3 ledger boards and joist hangers.
Cross-measure floor assemblies to verify they are square and meet quality standards.
Read and follow production drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Meet production goals while ensuring quality workmanship.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures in an indoor manufacturing environment.
Schedule
Shift: 1st Monday through Friday, Saturdays for overtime
Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Pay
$19.00 per hour
