Location: Ellensburg, WA (Must live within 30-45 minutes)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to support a multi-unit project in the Ellensburg area. This role will be responsible for assisting with daily site operations and stepping in to run the job site when the Superintendent is off-site.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee day-to-day construction activities on site
+ Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed on schedule
+ Maintain quality control across all phases of construction
+ Enforce job site safety standards and company policies
+ Communicate effectively with the Superintendent and project team
+ Step in to manage the site independently when needed
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for a well-rounded Foreman who understands all aspects of construction and can confidently lead a job site. Candidates will be asked about their strengths during the interview process, but broad knowledge across trades is key to success in this role.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Proven experience as a Foreman in multi-family or residential construction
+ Strong working knowledge across multiple trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
+ Ability to manage crews and keep projects on track
+ Experience with Procore is a plus, but not required
+ Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
+ Must be local to the Ellensburg area (within 30-45 minutes)
