The Construction Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of field crews to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project plans and company standards. This role serves as the primary point of contact between field personnel, project management, and subcontractors on the jobsite.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, lead, and coordinate field crew activities on a daily basisAssign tasks and ensure work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and schedulesEnforce all company safety policies and OSHA regulations; conduct jobsite safety meetings and inspectionsMonitor quality of work and ensure compliance with codes, standards, and contract requirementsCoordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, inspectors, and vendorsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsTrack labor hours, materials, equipment usage, and daily jobsite progressIdentify and resolve jobsite issues, delays, or safety concerns promptlyMaintain clean, organized, and professional jobsitesTrain, mentor, and evaluate crew members; promote teamwork and accountabilityEnsure tools, equipment, and materials are used properly and maintainedComplete daily reports, timecards, and other required documentationQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on construction experience, with prior leadership or foreman experience preferredStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practicesAbility to read and understand blueprints and construction documentsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlinesOSHA certification preferred (OSHA 10 or 30)Valid driver's license and reliable transportationPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and lift up to 50 poundsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to work extended hours, including early mornings or overtime as needed
