Key Requirements:
- Previous construction foreman or lead construction experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals.
- Hands-on experience with carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, demolition, and general construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage crews, subcontractors, materials, and schedules.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Commitment to jobsite safety and quality.
- Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with project management.
- OSHA knowledge and experience working in commercial construction environments preferred.
