Construction Foreman/Machine Operator

• Previous experience operating Heavy Equipment.  Operating foundation style drilling equipment preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus but not required)
• DOT Medical card
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Willingness to travel to job sites in company vehicles

Also Required:

• OSHA certification
• Experience towing trailers and operating heavy equipment
• Basic Welding and Mechanical Repair
• Knowledge of computers for email and documentation
• Pre-employment screening and references

• Supervise
• Read and interpret site plans and project specifications
• Operate drilling equipment (Cab mounted foundation style rigs)
• Coordinate the setup, breakdown, and transport of equipment
• Install, wire and troubleshoot pumps
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on drilling equipment
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Accurately document drilling logs, soil samples, and daily reports
• Work collaboratively with crew members, project managers, and clients
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
