We're looking for someone who wants to grow, develop their leadership skills, and potentially build a path toward becoming a Superintendent.Learn more about us: https://moncriefconstructionllc.com/What You'll DoAs a Construction Foreman, you'll play an important role in supporting the successful execution of our projects.Because you'll have the opportunity to work across multiple job sites, this role offers exposure to different phases of high-end residential construction and the chance to learn directly from experienced project leaders.Your responsibilities may include:Support Superintendents with day-to-day jobsite operationsPerform and oversee hands-on construction work as neededHelp coordinate daily activities, materials, deliveries, and subcontractorsAssist with jobsite organization, cleanliness, and safetyRead and understand construction plans and project detailsHelp ensure work is completed according to quality expectationsIdentify potential issues and communicate them to the SuperintendentAssist with project scheduling, sequencing, and preparation for upcoming workMove between projects as needed to support the construction teamHelp maintain productive relationships with subcontractors and trade partnersTake on increasing leadership responsibilities as your skills and experience growWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone dependable, capable, coachable, and eager to build a long-term career in construction leadership.Qualifications:3+ years of residential construction experienceHands-on experience with residential construction, remodeling, carpentry, or related tradesExperience with custom homes or high-end residential construction is preferredAbility to read and understand construction plansStrong understanding of basic construction methods and jobsite safetyComfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to travel between local jobsites as neededAbility to take direction while also working independentlyA proactive mindset and willingness to solve problemsValid driver's license and reliable transportationMost importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to learn, grow, and eventually take on greater responsibility.Physical RequirementsThis is an active, hands-on construction position.
