Direct Hire | $45–$48/hr + Full Benefits

We're hiring an experienced Civil Construction Foreman to lead crews on a variety of heavy civil and site development projects. This is a direct hire opportunity with a well-established contractor offering year-round work, modern equipment, competitive pay, and room for long-term growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise field crews on civil construction projects
• Coordinate daily work to keep projects on schedule and running efficiently
• Operate heavy equipment as needed, including excavators, dozers, loaders, and skid steers
• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and construction drawings
• Ensure work meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Work closely with Project Managers to coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials
• Make sound field decisions and resolve jobsite issues as they arise
• Train, mentor, and support crew members
• Maintain a safe, productive, and organized jobsite

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Civil Construction Foreman
• Strong background in heavy civil, sitework, utilities, excavation, or earthwork
• Experience operating heavy equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety practices
• Reliable, dependable, and able to lead by example
