Assist crews with general construction tasks
Load and unload materials
Maintain clean and safe work areas
Use basic hand and power tools
Support multiple trades as needed
Follow all jobsite safety requirements
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of construction experience required
Hard hat required
Work boots/shoes required
Safety glasses required
Reliable transportation to the jobsite
Ability to lift, carry, and work outdoors as needed
Strong attendance and work ethic required
