What You’ll Do

• Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, patching, and repair
• Install premium concrete coating systems for residential and commercial customers
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain clean, organized job sites
• Deliver professional customer experiences on every project
• Work alongside a fast-paced, team-oriented crew

What We’re Looking For

• Construction or concrete coating experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
• Team player mentality with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
