Faber Work is seeking dedicated Construction General Laborers to join projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area, including Fort Worth, Arlington, Mansfield, Everman, and Northlake. Laborers will work predominantly outdoors, rotating among multiple job sites and reporting to on-site supervisors, with routine travel required within the DFW region.
Responsibilities
Perform site cleanup to maintain safe and organized work areas
Carry out manual labor tasks as needed to support construction activities
Work collaboratively within rotating teams across various project locations
Follow directions and report progress to on-site supervisors
Adhere to safety protocols on outdoor job sites
Required Qualifications
At least one year of construction experience
Preferred Qualifications
Strong physical stamina to endure outdoor manual labor
Awareness and adherence to safety standards
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Clear communication skills for coordination and reporting
