Construction General Laborer

Construction Company Seeking Experienced Construction Supervisor

A growing construction company is seeking a skilled and dependable Construction Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead crews across multiple job sites. A strong background in construction is required, and prior leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred.

Starting Pay: (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8-hour shifts (start and end times may vary depending on job site)

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews
* Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications
* Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project timelines
* Assign tasks and provide guidance across trades including:

* Carpentry
* Drywall
* Painting
* Roofing
* Plumbing
* Electrical
* Concrete work and pouring
* Insulation
* Oversee and assist with physical tasks when needed (lifting 5075 lbs)
* Monitor job site safety and enforce company safety standards
* Operate and oversee the use of hand and power tools
* Communicate with project managers and report progress
* Troubleshoot issues and adjust workflow as necessary
* Ensure materials and equipment are available and used properly
* Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

* Proven experience in construction (multi-trade knowledge required)
* Previous supervisory or crew lead experience strongly preferred
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints
* Valid drivers license (CDL is a plus)
* Reliable transportation (job sites located throughout Ashtabula, Geauga, Lake, and Trumbull counties)
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Must be dependable and ready to work
* Ability to pass a drug test
