Schedule: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview
HireCall is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join a pool construction crew. This is an entry-level manual labor position with room to learn new skills and advance your career.
You will work outdoors assisting with pool construction from start to finish. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, reliable transportation, and be ready to work hard every day.
Responsibilities
- Unload and move materials at job sites
- Push wheelbarrows and grade materials
- Assemble pool walls
- Assist the crew with all stages of pool construction
- Perform general entry-level construction labor
- Follow directions and take instruction from crew leaders
- Keep the job site clean and organized
- Assist with whatever is needed to complete the job safely and efficiently
- Work long days outdoors in all types of weather
Requirements
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Reliable transportation is required
- Must be willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be physically capable of performing manual labor
- Must take direction well and work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude are a must
- Cell phone and e-cigarette use must be limited while on the job
