Job Description
- Lead and manage all aspects of interior construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations across all job sites.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
- Review and approve project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Maintain high-quality standards and ensure completion of punch lists before project handover.
- Foster positive relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience working in the construction industry as superintendent
- Projects in and around Atlanta
- Experience with interiors-based subcontractors
- Ideally construction experience with MOB or medical office building projects
- Experience in construction, mixed commercial, retail, hospitality, mixed-use, higher education, senior living
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge in Construction Management or related field, preferred
