Construction General Superintendent - Luxury Construction

We are seeking an experienced General Superintendent to provide overall field leadership for complex luxury construction projects throughout the Miami market. This individual will oversee field operations from mobilization through completion, leading Superintendents, subcontractors, and trade partners while working closely with project and design teams to drive schedule, coordination, safety, quality, and successful project delivery.
The right individual understands the level of leadership, planning, craftsmanship, and attention to detail required in luxury construction and has the experience to anticipate challenges, hold teams accountable, and ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout every phase of the project.
YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Lead overall field operations from mobilization through completion and final turnover.
- Oversee Superintendents, subcontractors, specialty trades, and field teams.
- Drive project schedules, sequencing, logistics, safety, quality, and milestone completion.
- Coordinate complex scopes and multiple trades to maintain efficient field execution.
- Anticipate construction challenges and resolve issues before they impact schedule or quality.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Design Managers, architects, consultants, and project leadership.
- Hold field teams and trade partners accountable for schedule, commitments, craftsmanship, and project standards.
- Maintain exceptional standards for quality, attention to detail, and final presentation throughout every phase of construction.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Experience leading overall field execution of complex, high-end construction projects from mobilization through turnover.
- Strong experience managing project schedules, sequencing, logistics, manpower, safety, quality, and field coordination.
- Ability to anticipate construction challenges, resolve field issues, and keep multiple trades and scopes moving efficiently.
- Proven ability to hold subcontractors and field teams accountable for schedule, quality, safety, and commitments.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building systems, materials, and complex project sequencing.
- Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and construction documents.
- Strong understanding of constructability with the ability to identify conflicts before they impact field execution.
- Exceptional attention to quality, craftsmanship, detail, and final presentation.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to organize teams, establish expectations, and drive accountability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Project Managers, Design Managers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
