Construction Helper II (Piping)

Job Summary: Chase Staffing is seeking an experience and motivated Helper II to support industrial piping operations. In this role, you will work directly alongside Journey-Level craftsmen, managing material flow, prepping equipment and assisting with installations. This is an excellent position for a construction professional looking to advance their skills in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.

Schedule: Monday-Saturday 6:00AM-4:30PM

Pay Range: $22.00 - 26.00/hr (Depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts to receive, off-load, sort, and organize pipe, fittings, and incoming parts.

• Efficiently stage materials, tools, and components for Journeymen to keep workflow moving smoothly.

• Hang and secure pipe supports and hangers according to supervisors instructions.

• Clean and prep pipe fittings (grinding, deburring, or cleaning debris) to ensure they are ready for the fitters and welders.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.

Requirements:

• Proven, hands-on experience working in a construction environment

• Solid understanding of standard construction safety requirements and commitment to maintaining a zero-accident job site.

• Must possess a set of basic hand tools to perform daily tasks.
