Construction & Infrastructure Litigation Associate
Locations: Pittsburgh, PA
Direct Counsel represents a prestigious AmLaw firm seeking a Midlevel Associate to join its Construction & Infrastructure Litigation practice in Pittsburgh.
Compensation: $210,000 – $265,000 DOE
Key Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience litigating complex commercial disputes involving design and construction matters
Experience handling construction-related litigation and contract disputes
Background or degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field is a plus
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating within a team environment
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active bar admission and good standing required
