Project Manager - Construction Inspection PE

Key Responsibilities

-Manage construction inspection and construction management projects for roadway, bridge, and infrastructure programs.
-Lead and mentor Resident Engineers, inspectors, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution.
-Serve as the primary client liaison for transportation projects, maintaining strong relationships and project communication.
-Oversee project schedules, budgets, staffing, contract compliance, safety requirements, and contractor performance.

Required Skills & Experience

-Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
-8+ years of construction inspection, construction management, or transportation infrastructure project experience.
-Strong leadership, project management, and client relationship management skills.
-Knowledge of roadway, bridge, and infrastructure construction practices, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a valid driver's license.

Preferred Skills & Experience

-Experience managing NJDOT or similar transportation agency projects.
-NICET Certification and experience leading multiple inspection teams or large-scale transportation projects.
