Qualifications required: NICET Level II or higher, or Engineer-in-Training with 2+ years of bridge/highway experience; NJ Turnpike project experience preferred; strong communication, organizational, and computer skills; certifications like ACI, TCC, OSHA 30, or NJ SAT are a plus.
