Position Overview
The Construction | Installer is responsible for installing stone countertops in residential and commercial settings while maintaining high-quality workmanship and professionalism. This Construction | Installer role requires experience with granite installation, the ability to use construction tools safely, and strong customer interaction skills. The ideal Construction | Installer is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working inside customers homes.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 1 year of granite installation or helper experience
Knowledge of construction tools and power tools
Valid driver s license required
Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners
Ability to follow directions and work efficiently as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy stone materials
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Install granite and stone countertops at residential and commercial job sites
Safely use hand tools and power tools during installation
Assist with transporting, positioning, and securing countertop materials
Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers
Maintain quality workmanship and ensure accurate installations
Follow all company safety procedures and installation standards
Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the project
Work extended hours when necessary to complete installations
Work Environment
Residential and commercial job site environments
Frequent lifting and movement of heavy stone materials
Exposure to construction tools, dust, and varying job site conditions
Physically demanding role requiring lifting, bending, standing, and repetitive motion
