Job Title: Construction Integration Manager 3
Location:  Atlanta , GA 
Salary Range:  $90/hr to $100/hr on W2 

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Construction Integration Manager to supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers. This role is critical in ensuring project schedules remain on track and maintaining high-quality production standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in construction management or low voltage installations.
  • High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
  • Contract Management experience.
  • Schedule Analysis experience.
  • Prior work experience in the industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
  • Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
  • Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems.
  • Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
  • Manage procurement of fiber, phones, AV, furniture, and oversee installation.
