Job Title:   Construction Integration Manager 5
Location:  Chandler , AZ
Salary Range:  $100/hr to $105/hr on W2 

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Integration Manager to join our team. This role involves supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating workers on site. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management and experience working on data center projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in construction management.
• 5 years of previous data center experience.
• Knowledge of Bluebeam and P6 software.
• Previous experience in a similar title.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Prior work experience in the client's industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of previous data center experience.
• Knowledge of Bluebeam and P6 software.
• Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
• Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
• Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
