Location: Phoenix, AZ

Salary Range: $95/hr to $100/hr on W2

Introduction

The Construction Integration Manager 5 plays a critical role in orchestrating the delivery of next-generation cloud and AI infrastructure. This role offers end-to-end ownership, significant leadership exposure, and technical depth, providing the opportunity to influence the successful delivery of some of the most critical data center projects in the world.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing effective manufacture and distribution of goods
• General Contractor combined with Telecom Lead experience
• Data Center Infrastructure & Technical Integration
• Scale Program/Project Management
• Vendor & Construction Management
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
• Prior work experience in a similar industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency
• Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances
• Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products
• Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records
