Construction Integration Manager
Salary: $100,000-$125,000 base + 10% bonus (flexibility to $130,000-$140,000 for exceptional candidates)
Location: Remote to Southeast region of the USA

Key Responsibilities for the Construction Integration Manager:
- Lead integration efforts for newly acquired roofing and construction-related businesses.
- Partner with field operations, finance, accounting, procurement, and leadership teams to align processes and workflows.
- Conduct operational assessments and due diligence to identify integration priorities and risks.
- Support implementation and adoption of ERP, CRM, and other business systems.
- Drive process improvement initiatives that improve consistency, reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Travel to acquisition sites to support onboarding, training, and integration activities.
Qualifications for the Construction Integration Manager:
- Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or multi-site business transformations within construction, roofing, building services, or a related industry.
- Background that combines construction operations exposure with finance, accounting, or business analysis experience.
- Experience working with ERP systems, reporting tools, or cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50%.
