Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure work progresses according to plan. Maintain and enforce project schedules, sequencing, and site logistics. Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and consultants. Conduct daily site inspections and quality control reviews. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, site safety standards, and NYC building requirements. Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate trade activities to avoid conflicts and delays. Identify and resolve field issues proactively to keep projects on track.
