This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced construction professionals, develop technical and leadership skills, and gain real-world exposure to the heavy civil construction industry. What You''ll Do

As a Construction Intern, you''ll work closely with project teams in both field and office environments, assisting with a variety of project activities, including:

• Assisting with procurement activities.
• Supporting survey and layout operations.
• Assisting project safety professionals with safety-related initiatives and documentation.
• Reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings.
• Drafting and preparing project submittals.
• Supporting Foremen and Superintendents with daily field operations.
• Working alongside construction crews onsite to gain practical construction experience.
• Learning and utilizing industry-leading software such as HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and Primavera.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
