Qualifications
-Prior experience in residential construction or general labor preferred (not required)
-Ability to read basic blueprints/plans a plus
-Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
-Valid driver's license (must have)
-Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
-Good communication skills and ability to take direction well
Physical Requirements
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
-Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
-Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and scaffolding
-Ability to work a full 8–10 hour shift
General Labor & Site Support
-Perform general labor tasks including loading/unloading materials, digging, cleanup, and site preparation
-Move, organize, and stage tools, equipment, and building materials
-Operate hand and power tools safely (drills, saws, nail guns, etc.)
-Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites daily
Superintendent Assistance
-Assist Superintendent with daily site walkthroughs and progress checks
-Help track material deliveries and verify against orders/plans
-Communicate with subcontractors regarding schedules and site access
-Assist in setting up and maintaining job site signage, safety barriers, and temporary utilities
-Take photos and notes for daily progress reports as directed
-Relay messages between Superintendent, crews, and subcontractors
-Help enforce jobsite safety protocols and company policies

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Construction Laborer to work closely with our Site Superintendent on residential home construction projects. This role provides hands-on support across all phases of home building — from site prep through final walkthrough — while assisting the Superintendent with day-to-day coordination, material management, and site organization.
