Job Title: Construction Laborer / Skilled Remodel Technician


Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour


Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

As a Construction Laborer / Remodel Technician, you’ll play a key role in executing a wide variety of residential remodeling and home improvement projects. You’ll work closely with the construction team to deliver high-quality craftsmanship while keeping job sites running efficiently and safely.



What You'll Do


As a Construction Laborer / Remodel Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Performing residential remodeling, home improvement, framing, and carpentry work.
• Executing demolition, job site preparation, siding installation, and repairs.
• Installing drywall (including finishing), doors, windows, and interior trim.
• Applying interior and exterior painting with attention to detail.
• Safely loading, unloading, and maneuvering job materials and equipment.
• Maintaining job site cleanliness, safety, and organization at all times.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Construction or remodeling experience preferred (we are willing to train motivated individuals!).
• Ability to safely operate common construction hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and comfortably perform physically demanding work.
• Reliable transportation to/from job sites and a valid driver's license preferred.
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, good communication skills, and a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to follow directions, work independently, and pass a background check.
• Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn how to use a tape measure and other construction tools.

Location & Schedule:
This is a full-time, long-term position on-site in Eugene, OR, and offers Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM shifts with occasional overtime.
