What You'll Do
As a Laborer, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with framing and siding and other tasks
- Follow strict safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Keep the construction site clean by disposing of debris and maintaining organization.
- Provide respectful and professional service when interacting with homeowners on-site.
- Collaborate with your supervisor to ensure the project stays on schedule.
- Bring a positive attitude and dependable work ethic to every task.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Ability to understand and follow instructions quickly and accurately.
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, such as heavy bags of concrete.
- Strong customer service skills and a respectful attitude toward homeowners properties.
- Reliable transportation and trustworthy reliability.
- Prior construction or labor-intensive experience preferred.
- Enjoyment of outdoor work in various weather conditions.
