No experience is required, but any type of outdoor labor or construction work is a plus.You will learn every aspect of the fence & cable installation process while assisting the crew leaders in starting and completing projects. As a construction laborer, you will be installing highway cable barriers, removing old fences, digging holes for fence foundations, loading and unloading materials, installing fences on all types of job sites. This is a fast-paced outdoor environment with many opportunities to grow within the company.Qualifications:Valid Driver's License, CDL A (preferred not required)Problem-solving skillsWorks well in a team environment where situations and demands change daily.Effective Communication SkillsSkills and Experience:Construction ExperienceConstruction Equipment OperationAbility to accurately read a level and a tape measure.Work Requirements:Ability to perform manual labor as required in an outdoor environment in the heat, sun, cold, and rain.This position can require working nights, weekends, and out-of-town to work on projects that could be a week(s) at a time.Physical Demands and Work Environment:The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here represent those an employee encounters while performing the job's essential functions.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, sit, walk, climb, use hands and fingers, talk, hear, view, and create written documents.
