We are hiring Construction Laborers to join our foundation repair crews. No experience needed-we train you. This is a hands-on role with year-round work, real equipment, and a clear path to advancement. If you show up, work hard, and want more than just a job, we will give you the opportunity to grow.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Start at our Centennial yard, load up, and head to the job site.
• Work with your crew installing foundation repair systems.
• Learn to run equipment like skid steers, mini excavators, and hydraulic drive heads.
• Complete the job, clean up, and head back to the yard.

Requirements

• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Pay $20.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience. Opportunities to advance into higher-paying roles.
