It requires integrity, reliability, and trust .About the RoleAs a Restoration Technician , you'll be part of a team responding to water and property damage jobs in homes and businesses. You'll help restore properties, support customers during stressful situations, and keep our equipment and job sites clean and professional.No two days are the same – this is hands-on, active work with room to grow. You do not need restoration certifications to be successful here. If you are dependable, physically capable, and take direction well, we can teach you the technical side.What You'll DoPerform water restoration and cleanup work on residential and commercial jobsSet up, monitor, and remove drying equipmentKeep job sites clean, safe, and professionalMaintain company vehicles, tools, and equipmentCommunicate clearly with your supervisor, office staff, and teammatesFollow safety procedures, uniforms, and company standardsTreat customers with respect and empathy during difficult situationsRequirementsStrong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learnComfortable with physical labor in real-world environments (heat, humidity, tight spaces), lifting 50+ lbs and being on your feet most of the dayCalm, respectful presence in customer homes and commercial sitesAny related background is helpful (moving/pack-outs, construction, demolition, detailing, car wash, warehouse, general labor)Valid driver's license and acceptable driving recordAvailable for on-call and occasional weekend workPreferred QualificationsBilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; English/Spanish is a plusVeterans are encouraged to applyNo prior restoration experience?
