Job Full Description

We are seeking reliable, results-driven individuals for demanding general labor duties on our active construction sites. The core focus of this position is manual labor, requiring significant physical stamina, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. We value individuals who show up on time, work hard, and consistently push projects to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manual Labor: Perform heavy manual labor, including lifting and moving materials (up to 75 lbs), digging trenches, and carrying equipment across rough terrain, etc.
  • Site Preparation & Cleanup: Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, trash, and hazardous materials; maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times.
  • Equipment Operation: Assist with the safe and efficient operation of hand and power tools, as well as basic construction machinery under supervision.
  • Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, ensuring materials are properly secured and distributed to necessary areas of the site.
  • Support Trades: Provide support to skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, masons, electricians) as needed to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company and OSHA safety standards and protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) [2].
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrated history of reliability, punctuality, and a proactive, "get it done" attitude. We need self-starters who require minimal supervision.
  • Physical Stamina: Must be physically fit and able to withstand demanding environmental conditions, including prolonged standing, bending, crouching, and working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain.)
  • Experience: Previous experience in construction, general labor, warehouse work, or a related physically intensive field is preferred but not required. We are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic.
  • Safety Mindset: A strong commitment to personal safety and the safety of the team.
  • Licenses: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites are required.
Schedule:

Monday through Friday 7am-5pm but can very by job and job site.

Pay:

$18hr to start DOE
